Email hello@getclawde.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work for you. We'll reply with return instructions. Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is on us. Returning Clawde won't cost you anything — we'll include the details in your return instructions.
If your Clawde arrived damaged, include a photo with your email and we'll sort it out right away.
